Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the W&W Home Services & Repair website and your requests for services from our company. By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, scheduling work, approving a proposal, or accepting completed services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any written estimate, proposal, work authorization, invoice, or project-specific terms that apply. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request services. These terms apply to residential customers and, where appropriate, commercial or property-management customers. If a written agreement signed or approved for a particular project conflicts with these terms, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.
Our company may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the website. Changes apply prospectively to future use and new service arrangements unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the website or acceptance of services after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a property owner, household, business, or other person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Service Description
W&W Home Services & Repair provides handyman and home-improvement services, including home upgrades, deck building, electrical repair, general home repairs, handyman services, roof repair, stairs, patios and covers, and plumbing repair. We have substantial combined experience, but every property and project is different. We will review the information reasonably available to us and advise whether our team can address a requested task. An inquiry does not guarantee that we will accept the work, that a particular employee will perform it, or that a quoted price or completion date is available.
Before work begins, we may provide an estimate, proposal, scope of work, schedule, assumptions, exclusions, material selections, and payment terms. Work outside the approved scope requires authorization and may result in additional charges. Conditions concealed behind walls, ceilings, floors, decks, roofs, cabinets, or other structures may require changes to the scope and price. Estimates may be based on information supplied by you and may change when actual site conditions are discovered. Delays may result from weather, material availability, permits, inspections, access, unsafe conditions, subcontractors, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, selecting or approving materials where applicable, and obtaining any owner, landlord, association, or other required permission. We may decline, pause, or stop work if conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, the requested work is outside our capabilities, required approvals are absent, or continuing would violate law or professional safety practices.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, property, and project information and to promptly disclose known hazards, prior damage, water intrusion, structural concerns, pests, asbestos or lead concerns, electrical issues, plumbing defects, roof conditions, and other facts that could affect safety or performance. You must provide reasonable access to the work area during agreed times and remove or protect personal property unless the parties agree otherwise. You are responsible for securing pets, children, valuables, and fragile items and for maintaining safe access to the property.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use our content for unlawful purposes. You agree to review estimates and invoices promptly, communicate material changes, follow reasonable safety instructions, and make payments when due. You are responsible for utility availability and for decisions to proceed when we have explained known limitations, alternatives, or risks. Unless expressly included in writing, painting, disposal, permits, engineering, architectural services, hazardous-material handling, restoration, and hidden-condition remediation are excluded.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company, owners, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost use, lost profits, lost rental income, lost data, or damage to unrelated property arising from website use or services. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, ordinary wear, deterioration, improper maintenance, unauthorized alterations, work performed by others, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, or damage1
